Nachos with Salsa

Recipe for Nachos

For chips

  • Makki aata-1/2 cup
  • Maida-1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano-1/2 tsp
  • Butter-1 tsp
  • Ankur Groundnut Oil to fry

For salsa

  • Tomatoes-1/2c, finely chopped
  • Capsicum-1/4c, finely chopped
  • Onion-1/4c,finely chopped
  • Green chilly rings-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mexican seasoning-1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar-1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup-1 tbsp ,optional


Chips Process

  • Mix maida+makki aata+salt+oregano+butter in a bowl. Make a dough with water.
  • Devide dough into 5 balls. Roll each ball into a thin roti and prick with a fork. Cut into triangle shape.
  • Heat Ankur Groundnut Oil in a Kadhai and Deep fry Nachos. Store in an airtight container or serve with salsa.

Salsa process

  • Mix chopped tomatoes,capsicum, onion, vinegar, salt, ketchup and microwave it for 2 min.
  • Add green chilli rings and mexican seasoning. Let it cool and serve with Nachos.
